Ashley Wilde Group was established in 1950 and has grown steadily into one of the market leaders in soft furnishings worldwide. A third generation family business with a strong heritage in the textiles industry, there has always been a firm commitment to delivering to customers outstanding design and service.

With an in-house state-of-the-art design studio, the brand portfolio embraces Ashley Wilde Designs, Illumin8, Kai and Kai Contract. Together with great product comes a bespoke service of the highest quality, combining expertise with customers’ requirements.

Our pre-eminent design capability led to expansion into a variety of new product categories including celebrity bedding brands, the first of which was introduced in 2002 with Linda Barker. Then followed further celebrity brands including Twiggy, Janet Reger, Kylie Minogue, Zandra Rhodes, Kirstie Allsopp, Elizabeth Hurley, Hello Kitty, Beano, American Freshman and Roald Dahl. This success has earned customers in over 50 countries.

The Group is able to call on its wealth of experience in licensing, providing the customer base with furnishing fabrics and soft furnishing products, together with ready-made curtains, blinds, bed linen, kitchen textiles, towels and wallpaper.

In 2009, the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (International Trade) recognised the significant outstanding achievements overseas and in that same year, the contract for the London 2012 Olympics in the soft furnishings category was
received, further confirmation of the company’s world-class reputation.
